Besides hosting the Fuel Challenge this month, I’m also taking the challenge. It’s been a month of ups and downs literally. I started off pretty strong, had a bad week last check-in, but now I’m improving again.
Here are the week by week results for myself:
- 1st week: 27.3 mpg
- 2nd week: 22.8 mpg
- 3rd week: 25.9 mpg
I’m not hitting any records, but I’m increasing my gas mileage even with city driving.
Hybrid Drivers – Join In!
There is still a great chance you can win some money! Right now for trucks and SUVs the top performance is 14mpg and no one has entered into the hybrid division. That means you have a great chance of winning if you simply enter. All you have to do is please follow My Financial Reviews on Twitter and let me know how you’re doing. That’s it!
If you own a truck or an SUV you also have a good chance of grabbing some money. Right now the best number we have is 14mpg. Come on, I know someone can beat that!
If you a way to track your gas mileage and your gasoline expenses, Fuelly is a handy site that can do it all.
